Pumping Pixels—Beyond Liquify How to move and shape objects and people using Liquify and other tools. This workshop aims to give you some relatively quick techniques to solve common retouching problems involving double chins, eyes, back and armpit fat, etc. This goes beyond just Liquify, as often the solution to a retouching problem involves more than one tool. Participants will be given the same files that the instructor uses so that we can work on them together. New features of CS5 Photoshop CS5 is brand new—do you need it? Ray will give a brief overview/demo of some of the more interesting features, such as Content Aware Fill, Puppet Warp, and Lens Correction. You will see the strengths and weaknesses of these new tools. Lightroom Tips Demonstration of a working Lightroom workflow. How to use Presets to speed things up. Using Collections, Filters, Keywords and more to get the most out of Lightroom. Learn how to use Graduated filters and the Adjustment Brush to do things that are harder to do in Photoshop—and do it at the proofing stage! Even if you consider yourself proficient in Lightroom, this is an inexpensive way to tune up your workflow and maybe learn some things about Lightroom you didn’t know.
